The class reference page has an unordered list with six items. The last three items seem to be exact copies of the first three. I wonder if that means that there are three items missing?

I'm going to step in here. First of all, many thanks for raising this one. Grady has had a look at the GitHub repo at https://github.com/trongate/trongate-docs and could not find any duplicates.
So, that suggests it's a website problem and not really a 'docs' problem.
Since Grady is not able to access or modify the files or database of this website, it means I'm going to have to look into it myself.
There are several changes being made to the docs today that are to do with the new setup wizard and the new login module. So, you'll see those going up soon. When that happens, I'll make sure those duplicate issues you've raised are solved.
