Trongate app v1.0.004 creates the application but not creating database

Hello,
First you have to give us more information.
Are you using the latest version of the app?
Are you on Mac, PC, Linux?
What database?
I suspect that your database details are incorrect.

I see you are using the latest version of the desktop app - being v1.0.004
Can you also confirm your database settings are correct when you click on the white space when asked for "ENTER DATABASE CONNECTION DETAILS" in the Desktp app?
default settings are:
On the creation of a new app with the Desktop app, you should see a new blank database of the same name as your app - unless you changed it. Ensure you refresh whatever database manager you are using to see it.
Otherwise - as Dan has previously asked - more info is needed (OS used, MySQL or MariaDB?)
