I think Trongate could win some mindshare by leaning in on how lightweight it is and emphasize on the importance of lean runtimes in kubernetes (less resources = more pods = serve more requests).
Could also document how simple it is to get working in docker, literally the stock php:8.5-fpm is sufficient.
No need for specialized images or runtimes like road-runner, swoole or frankenphp.

The only gotcha I’ve encountered is having change configs to check $_ENV for values passed by secrets
