For those in a hurry, HTMX is fantastic. I am a fan and I make no secret of the fact that HTMX inspired Trongate MX. However, Trongate MX has demonstrably more features out of the box and is more able to take advantage of features that come with the Trongate (PHP) framework; such as token authorisation, form validation, Trongate CSS, modals etc.

I really do want to stress, however, that HTMX is really good. I'm certainly not having a go at HTMX and there are some things HTMX can do that Trongate MX cannot.
