Anyone out there with an eagle eye may have noticed that we are all suddenly level one members here.

I thought I'd just explain what's happening to avoid any confusion.

One of the things that I was eager to add to this website was some type of internal messaging system that allowed people to reliably get in touch using either the contact form or by going to the "inbox" feature on their account page.

Anyway, I built this thing with two user levels in mind, those being "admin" and "member".

After having finished the thing, I suddenly discovered that there were about nine or ten different user levels for this website. This includes levels like "Founding Member", "Early adopter" "Platinum member". I must confess, in all the excitement, I pretty much forgot what most of them even mean!

The following slightly technical description may or may not interest you, but I'll just let you know what's happening. I have simplified the Trongate user levels table for this website. This means that we now have two levels, and these are 'admin' and 'member'. There is now a new table called 'member_user_levels'. That new table contains a list of much more meaningful member user levels that I'm hoping to use moving forward.

Rest assured we will be retaining levels like "Founding Member". You should see that being reinstated soon. However, we'll also be adding one or two new member levels, such as "Framework Contributor". All of this will take a little bit of time, and I'm grateful for your patience.
